On 26 May 2026, the RETLAMI-SEE project was featured during an online info session where the University of Banja Luka (UNIBL) was presented as a strong example of good practice in implementing Horizon Europe projects in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The event was organised within the project “EU for Digital Transformation in Bosnia and Herzegovina” (EU4DT), co-financed by the Government of Germany and the European Union through the SEDEP programme, and implemented in cooperation with the Ministry of Civil Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Horizon Europe National Contact Points (NCP) network.

In the session segment “Learning from Practice: Experiences and Lessons Learned from Participation in Horizon Europe Projects,” Milica Marić (Project Manager, Centre for Development and Research Support UNIBL) presented key lessons from UNIBL’s international project work, with a dedicated focus on RETLAMI-SEE. The presentation emphasised the value of institutional support for researchers and shared practical solutions for managing the full project cycle—from idea development, partner search, and proposal preparation (pre-award) to administrative and financial management, implementation support, and reporting (post-award).

With more than 60 participants attending, the info session also introduced upcoming open calls and support services related to digital transformation, creative industries, democratic resilience, and media literacy—areas relevant for future project development and collaboration.

RETLAMI-SEE is proud to contribute to this institutional learning and visibility, and to support stronger research and international cooperation at UNIBL.
