We collect and process personal data solely for the following purposes:
- Event Registration and Participation: To facilitate participation in workshops, conferences, and other project-related events.

- Reporting and Project Impact Assessment: As required by funding institutions (e.g., European Commission) to demonstrate engagement and outreach.

These providers operate independently, and users should review their respective Privacy Policies before submitting data.
8. Data Storage and Retention
- Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary to fulfill the stated purposes.
- Data collected for event participation may be retained for reporting purposes up to two years after project completion, in line with Horizon Europe’s funding requirements.
- After the retention period, personal data will be securely deleted.
