The EU-funded Horizon Europe project "Enhancing Capacities for Quality and Impactful Research on Transformations, Labour and Migration in Southeast-Europe" (RETLAMI-SEE), coordinated by the Faculty of Political Science at the University of Banja Luka (FPN UNIBL), aims to enhance the research capacities of the University and empower young researchers to conduct interdisciplinary research on transformations, labour, and migration in Southeast Europe.

The main goal of this three-year project is to build the capacities of early-career researchers and young PhD holders at the University of Banja Luka. The project is based on networking, knowledge exchange, and mentoring programmes that enable collaboration between researchers from the University of Banja Luka and more experienced researchers from three European partner institutions. Additionally, the project includes research component focusing on the transformation of labour in Bosnia and Herzegovina through the lens of migration, which will further enhance the scientific and research skills of FPN UNIBL researchers.
